Kurtzberg has described the concept of creativity by considering a wide range from arts to science and business to literature. Two empirical studies were conducted to focus on the topic of this research. The objectivity of the research topic was evaluated to gauge the creative smoothness. A broader perspective was considered in terms of creativity among diversified teams in the organization. The findings of the research has highlighted that experimental diversity might be effective for proper functioning of the organization. However, it might pose a negative impact on the teamwork and job satisfaction of employees. One team member might hold a wrong impression about the creative quality of other team member. The subjective findings varied on a wide range from the brief measures taken and had a direct link with the affective measures. The outcome of the entire research c onsidered creativity as a complicated construct of various domains where imaginative diversity played an important role in team emotion and result. The arguments that came out from this study reflected the value of creativity on subjective measures, which can occur in the absence of a contemporary stronger performance (Kurtzberg 2005).
